HARARE – Dynamos have fired coach Herbert Maruwa a game into a five-match ultimatum in which he was requested to win all games to keep his job.

A nil all draw with Hwange last Sunday proved the final stroll for Maruwa, who was hired at the beginning of the season and tasked with winning the Harare giants’ first league title in nine years.

Dynamos are eight points behind undefeated Premier Soccer League (PSL) log leaders Highlanders, but the club believes it has a squad strong enough to challenge for the championship do decided to sack Maruwa.

Meanwhile, the record Zimbabwean champions have also suspended assistant coach Murape Murape and team manager Richard Chihoro in a bloodbath at the club.
